Is your box set to suspend or power off?

If you can't get past the buzz tv is not responding and you can't get to the box menu to reset you will have to do a pin reset

Streams carrying dvs are usually just back up streams which are used when there are no other streams available

He means to enter the info into a different slot

Have one of us try your info to see if it works on one of our buzz units

Mac or xc api?

What player are you using?

Have you ruled out your service?

There is nothing wong with the 4000 wifi

Anytime it's happened to me a reboot fixes it

I have seen no other reports of this issue

Save your settings to USB and try a clear data

If no go do a reset

You could try clearing cache in the buzz 5 app

For future reference if you didn't get to recovery screen you didn't do a hard reset
