Try clearing your epg

Try the service with an app and see if it works

Did they reset the mac if it's mac based?

If a tv series is added correctly you get access to all seasons and episodes

If there was they would post it

Whats sad is you blaming the box

Remote instructions are on the card in the box it came in

You should be able to feel the button being pushed in and out.

Are you clearing data in buzz 5 or buzz ota?

Buzz are looking into it

No settings on the buzz It should be enabled through your amp The buzz does allow passthrough
