  1. You might have to do a hard reset using a thumbtack in the reset hole on side of stick
  2. I didnt know your screen was frozen When you disconnect power and start does it go through the boot process?
  3. Plug in it extender ,go to settings ,remotes and confirm its paired

  12. I am not sure if the mate is getting the same update as the buzz 4000 and 4500 Allaboutbuzz can confirm if it is If it is getting an update you wont have that issue

  18. I loaded 3 sticks today and I had one that would not pair After several attempts I cancelled the bluetooth and went with IR I then went through everything and went to settings ,remote and accessories and it scanned in the remote no issues
