  1. you only need the mac address if they asked for it in signing up on their website
  2. Buzz have stated that they only support their usb adapter with drivers so that could be your main issue the mac addy on stick will match device id in server settings the new software coming out will be reduced to one id line

  13. A soft reset is done in the menu The hard reset requires you to use a pin and hold a little button down while you plug box in There is a guide here but I cant link it using my phone Use the search button
  14. Sorry to hear ,if you cant do a soft reset you will have to do a hard reset
  15. I paired it and have rebooted a couple of times ,so far no issue
  16. ill look for that remote i use the backlit
  17. i rebooted again and the message didnt come up this time ill play with it some more
  18. Just got message bluetooth keeps stopping too
