was typing it out before you replied while i have this setup settings,4th one down is device preference bottom one is reset when reset menu open up top one is cancel bottom is reset

i tried to change it to chinese and failed...lol

hdmi cec is seoond line in advanced setting then the top line in the next menu turns the menu on and off bottom line is auto change language

I just played with it and it opened up to all First time it went to favorites so i made sure I was on a channel that was in all category Simply selecting a category does not take you to that category If you are in favourites and select sports and exit out you are still i favourites

Is the whole settings menu in chinese? Im sure there is a way to do in menu but i dont know you can do a pin reset and reset box

If your guide is off by a certain amount of time you can adjust it in menu configuration If the info is wrong that's a server issue There are no iptv boxes that you can record one channel and watch another

nothing wrong with the firmware I run 5 servers and the only freezing I get is when the server is having issues Maybe you should look more into your freezing issue a bit better especially when both boxes are having issue Another good idea is to start your own thread and post more detail

its likely the channel is sd and that is on the server
