lost connection after update

Every time there is one of the minor automatic updates I lose the connection to one of my servers. The message that I get is cannot load portal.

It takes me days to try to get the server back up and running.  In December it took me a month.

What a pain.

Is there anything that I can do at my end?

I have 2 subs.

One I have no problem with. It never goes down.

However the second always goes down when there is one of the updates.

I have tried removing the one server that always goes down and reinstalling it. That does not help.

When it goes down I have worked with the provider staff and tried XC API, M3U and alternative MAC server log ins. Nothing helps.

We keep plugging away at it until they finally get me up and running again.

Don't know what service this is, but wondering if they are locking in the user agent string ?  Not even sure that the string changes between versions to include the new version number.  Only Dev would be able to confirm.

I've had at least 5 services here in the last few months and never had an issue.  Updates come in, The app closes, then relaunches, you get the release notes and then everything continues like usual.
