Buzz 5

I just switched mine over from Buzz 4 to the Buzz 5 and thought I had a big problem. It just keep going in a loop and telling me the Buzz 5 app was not working. I did a hard reboot 2 times with no change. I finally got into settings and cleared cache, rebooted with no change. The next time I got into settings I cleared cache again and this time I also cleared data, rebooted and it now was working properly! The only thing I had to do was put in all my server settings and setup all my favorite channels again (bit of a PITA) but it is all working GREAT right now! Right now I am trying to do a scheduled recording with the box turned off in the suspend mode, I want to see if the box turns on and records, If it can do that I will be VERY HAPPY because my XRS4500 Max never would record a program more then about 5 to 10 minutes. In about an hour I will let you know how I make out with the recording. 🤗


WAHOO this box is working GREAT! The box woke up and recorder the show I had scheduled with one button push. This is the first time since I bought my XRS4500 Max that it ever recorded a complete program. These guys did a GREAT job on the Buzz 5 app, At this time I highly recommend switching from Buzz 4 to Buzz 5!! 😃😄
