I have 2  XRS4500's & 1 XRS 4900. I use the same  provider for all 3 and they are all wireless. the 4500's freeze on a regular basis (at times every 10 to 15 seconds) but not the 4900. I disconnected a freezing 4500 connected the 4900, no freezing. Is connected to the same tv, cables, internet, modem/wireless  router (due to location I need to connect with WiFi) and  provider server. Any suggestions as how  to correct this (without buying a 4900) would be appreciated.

Thank you

are you using Mac based or username/password? if Mac then try username and password and if using username/password then try Mac just to see if that helps.

also, try to use different router, like you own router instead providers.

have you tried with vpn?

The 4500's are version 9, the latest firmware has been installed and the default Buzz Modern is being used. I did have them connected to a separate router & it made no difference. I have not tried VPN.

Thank you for the replys
