Video is Flashing on P6

Every 10-15 minutes the video flashes for a second on my P6. This happens whether I use my IPTV service or stream from any app. I have tested my signal and connection and all is fine. I have done restarts and unplugged the device, nothing fixes the problem. Is there anything else that can be done?

are you using hdmi came with the box? have you tried your device on different tv?

Is your TV Picture mode in ECO Mode or something similar to that?
Its a setting on the TV Settings itself, not the box.

The TV picture setting was on comfort mode, I changed the picture setting to standard and the flashing is still happening.

Have you tried using another HDMI cable ?

I have tried using the HDMI cable that came with the unit and also using a different cable and putting the box on a different TV, all to no avail. Should I do a factory reset? I really don't want to start all over but if that would be the only recourse, I would be willing.

Before you do save all settings and servers to usb key

What is usb key?

usb stick, flash drive, or external drive.
