I would save all info and do pin reset and start over Check your internet connection

know you said new HDMI but like Maestro said try another Could be a bad one But if it is still doing it I would save all you settings and servers and do a factory reset as it may have something corruped in it

Just tried mine on both VOD and tv series and worked perfectly You may want to Save your settings and servers and do factory reset

As many as you can afford I have not seen that there is a limit

went to ive tv menu settings update then went to home screen settings update and it was there

In live tv hit menu button then do the thing

In suspend mode It came on black screen power off and on brought it back Power off mode came right on

OK this may not be even close But what I think happened is when you sat on the remote you hit a bunch of buttons and confused it or the stb and it just took abit for it to recover

I guess what Im asking is shouldnt I be behind you as far as verstions or atleast even Edit Never mind lol
