I only use the integrated app, and it works better than any of the other crappy apps out there, and the UI blows most of them away. I don't have any freezing. What box model are you using and what firmware/software versions ? You connected via WiFi or hardwired via ethernet ? BuzzTV 5 has been rock solid. 1 Quote

Has the person provided you any evidence? Here is my evidence..... Buzztv app improves your streaming experience, the UI is crisp and customizable. One thing it cannot do is make you sub freeze. Ryu Posted Saturday at 03:41 AM Posted Saturday at 03:41 AM I even lost count of how many buzztv boxes we have in our village/town here in Africa. experienced from bad services to high end service with same boxes showed us that as long as you have good quality service you will have zero issues with your buzz box. we have premium service and 99.9% it runs nice and smooth. one click on/off and channel change is instant, I dont record but never heard from anybody that their recording got cut in half due to stream change..etc. so as others recommended use vpn or get a better service. 2 Quote
