connection issues

I am hoping that this question is not against the rules here.

I have a Buzz X5 128AX connected to a 500mbps fibre connection to my router with a 230mbps wifi reading in the room with buzz.

I am using a server that I have freezing and disconnect issues with.

My connection is a MAC server. They tried having me download IBO Pro player however Google Play Protect blocked the installation saying that it was unsafe.

In trying to get the operator to refresh my line I am being told that they have never heard of Buzz streaming boxes and that my Buzz X5 AX128 Is just not powerful enough to handle the strength of their server.  In addition they have indicated that I am the only person having these issues. (I know from looking on line this is not true).

They have recommended I purchase and use a Firestick.

Other than subbing to another service can anyone suggest what I might try.

Like I tell people, never invest more into an IPTV service that you are willing to lose.

However "IF" it is as at all possible, as a test, try to see if you can connect to your router with a long ethernet cable.  Just to make sure that it is not something to do with the Wifi.

Also, in BuzzTV, if you go to menu->settings->configuration you have 2 options "Real time streaming" and one other just underneath it (I forget what it is called - I'm not at home), "IF" they are enabled, try to disable them.  And also disable any timeshift if it is enabled.  Some services don't play well with these features.
