The past few weeks I have had issues with my X5 with Firm V20230815 IPTV ver 5.0.893 with BuzzTV5 getting LIVE TV Error of Media File not Supported. Tried changing Primary to Backup player with no change. Verified MAC and tried a reset no change. Tried changing servers p1, p2 and p5 servers same issue. Another account still getting the same error which has me guessing something missing with the box. Last thing I tried was a factory reset of the box with no luck. Running out of ideas to get a solid Live TV channels. VOD works fine.

Any ideas appreciated for me to try in the morning

Thanx

What is your media stream format set to.   You should now have 3 options... Automatic, HLS/M3U and TS.   Try swapping through them, and see if it makes a difference.

FYI: The setting is in the same menu as the player settings, just a little further down.

and here I thought everyone would know what service it is...lol

how many services have that many portals?(7)

It didn't even dawn on me that p1, p2 and p5 were all portals of the same server.  Now it makes sense.  Since we don't post the actual servers here, I assumed that p1, p2 and p5 were each a portal to all different servers (ie: just variable placeholders)...   Guess it's time for another coffee 🙂
