box keeps rebooting

my 4900 keeps rebooting and often gives an error message that buzztv has stopped responding.  i have factory reset the box twice.  any help would be appreciated.

Could be power supply,  bad hdmi.

Try clearing cache too

Have you done a hard reset or soft?

i changed hdmi ports and cables. check, did not help.

i clean the cache and memory often. check, did not help  

power supply.  ill give it a go, thanks.

check your power outlet also to make sure its not hot, neutral, reverse...etc

if not using the original it needs to be 12 volts

If you try all that and you still have issues, as a "test", remove any media you may have installed in the unit (SD card, Hard drive, USB stick).  If there is corruption on the media, it may cause strange behaviours.
