Maybe was alrwady brought to buzz atention ... Buzz6 app wont allow to add server thru QR code Gives a message: "Route not found" On buzz5 goes fine.... thanks.....just added my 1Tb to it

Its like when u leave some servers box does "wakeup" from 2 do that and a tird i have has no issues .....a friend with another buzz U5 just confirmed he has same issue with a few servers....

Ok...heres an update I did leave it on backup as a test was good till today Left for a few hours and whem i got home turned tv on press liveTv and ...Media format not suported ( all channels) blackout, no video or audio Had to login so i could haver the server working

I will do as you advice Totally forgot that.....its on backup now Will see how it goes

Guys lately i notice sometimes if im on a service and leave it by going home and do something else when i press back to live its black screen have guide can flip thru the channels but no video or audio having to refresh or having to loging back to the service This is on Mac....weird Im on ver 5.0.922 Firm v20240203

Explanatiom is....sent me an update I did it...tested & it worked

All good now Big guy ( allaboutbuzz ) fixed the issue

Same result Box wont stay on at all Once feels tvs aint on or diferent input box shuts off, goes red

Top left is to turn tv off Programed to tv I shut off the tv last nite with its own samsung remote to see if could get a diferent reaction same result, box shuts off after a bit.... All cec on tv (anynet) off All cec on box off Did a fresh reset on the box 2 days ago thinking it could help but was a no go.... Will try with my other tv....sony Will let u guys know....

I changed it to shutdown same result I left it box on went to diferent input on tv and box shut off....same resullt as suspend I actually am hoping that box can stay on and not shut off at all....if possible

Yes i use the bt250 remote I have it set to work with smasung tv also

I found on setings of samsung anynet+, turned it off Have also cec all off on U5 and still box shuts off.... im lost, i wonder if im missing something else

Guys my U5 on version 5.0.922 i have all CEC off and still when i shut the samsung tv off box a few moments after shuts also off....i did a reset thinking would help but it didnt ....thanks in advance
