before update mine always went into suspend mode even though shut down is selected

now the box stays on

turned virtual off but blue light stays on but box goes into suspend

could take up to 7 days but used to happen on tuesday's

and tomorrow is a holiday so if you don't get it tuesday I would email them your info

I've read several posts recently where 2015 worked but took a few days

all the newer models the volume is controlled by the source so anywhere between 15% to 20%

the box doesn't output the audio like other models
