  1. did you go to settings/device preferences to see if any of your settings changed? not asking again if you choose to ignore questions
  2. did you go to settings/updates and check?
  3. you tested the firmware for quite some time? when I updated yesterday I only updated firmware not software
  4. did you check main settings? if you made any changes on last firmware it's possible they reverted back and this is the x5 section
  5. it must be a default setting with firmware
  6. always has been go to categories and press green button follow what it shows in bottom toolbar
  7. that's software version and most definately a different service

  9. impossible different firmware have no issue getting guide using a mac account on both models

  11. also what powerkey setting are you using? and are you using the power supply that came with the 4900?
  12. when you press the green power button does it turn tv off?
  13. had no issues the other day using same versions with my bt 200 never tried the arq 250 since it was working fine
  14. just used my arq 250 and no issues powering off or on the 4900 try a facory reset
  15. there is no virtual cec on the 4900
  16. I have cec off and stb(green) power button worx as expected
  17. ya you will lose all data
  18. if you unplug it and plug it back in it will turn on then
  19. are you pressing the stb power button at top right?
  20. set your stream format to auto
