Thanks Ryu! I put it I'm recovery mode again and plugged a keyboard into the USB and was able to reset that way. Thanks.

Thanks for the suggestions guys. I would totally go to the right and chose settings but again, its just a blue screen im stuck on with nothing on it. I followed the instructions to unplug the device and hold the reset button and it does go into recovery mode. However from here, the BT-400 remote does not work in this mode and the screen says no command. No luck lol.

Hello I changed theme to media player 2 or whatever and now my screen is just blue whenever I try to go to the home page (cannot access any apps). Does anyone know how to hard reset?
