whether you want to control tv or not blue tooth pairing is for remote to box only

I've never had to press ok/home buttons to pair I just point it at the box this applies for both remote in settings or using the remote app

if you paired the remote only the power and source buttons are IR I can point my remote in any direction and it works

what software version does box have?

are you using the prime that came pre installed?

when you press epg button are you sure it's the vod playing? cause when I press epg button it goes to live tv channel playing in top right corner I can't replicate the audio issue the issue may be is that you're running old firmware/software

how would you know how many have or have not received updates? did you hack their server?
