how did you do a factory reset if it was stuck on SARO logo?

were you previously using june firmware? if so you still will be update never took

home screen/settings/device preferences/display and sound

also you mentioned channels don't show ts are those channels that have catchup?

I just use rewind button

I use catchup way more than timeshift no need to use your own storage

or get a service with catchup

I put in my sd card and formatted as removable storage then turned ts on and selected that drive

went into settings and selected restart from device preferences showed home screen for a couple of seconds and then it went to live tv
