been having this issue since May only option I get for format is as device storage if I select that it formats and says safely ejected if I put it in my laptop it reads as 2 drives and is screwed up of course but I can format it in my xrs4900 as removable storage and then am able to use it in my x5 any solution? besides what I did of course...lol

you don't need to hold them that long you just need to wait for the remote to show up in top right corner fyi I never use the buttons I just add accessory and bt-400 shows up in top right corner
