You would be sending your mac to buzz only They are the ones who assign the macs to your unit

Allaboutbuzz said it will continue to record if stream is interrupted 

You should contact them asap as the warranty is for one year

If its over I would find out where the ir sensor is. Should not be too difficult to fix

If you enter the url in your address bar what message do you get?

I noticed that the record times are in the 24 Hr set up.

If a show starts at 2300 and is done at midnight(0000), and I try

to set up a scheduled recording, the X5 will not accept 0000 as a stop time.

I have to set the stop time to 2359. 

I DO realize that I can add time to all my recording(s), but some times I run into

problems when recording one show right after another.

if you are recording two shows together its usually easier to record from epg if possible

This thread got a little off course as you said there were no apps on home screen instead of saying apps didn't show when hitting all apps
