Did you mention the light not working on the remote when you push the button ? It's easy to misread an email and I'm sure they get many with the cec wrong

If that's the case buzz would have to do some testing

Does your server have other urls you can try?

For buzz 4 yes but you can ask for buzz 5 beta

You'll have to contact buzz for a replacement

Timeshift should do that 

There is a pvr file that you can load if your are on buzz 5

You definitely don't need two servers,you just need a server with more than one connection

Which download from buzz are you refering to?

You've an try a couple times ,sometimes it takes more than one time

You can also pm allaboutbuzz 

You give your device id

(00 1a 79 ) to your service and enter the url they give you

Depends on your service and what info they gave you

Menu, pvr

Also pvr on remote
