You could always go to home page then to YouTube. Could you clarify that the download is there on the p6 when using buzz 5? Post your firmware and software version.

You havnt posted any info to allow people to help you not even the model Try saving your settings and server info and do a reset

No one I know is having this issue. You recording to internal or external?

Did you look at categories? You can select any category from any server you have.

Did you do reset? How many times did you type in 2015? Did you give them your device id to check?

You could try a reset and if tgat doesnt work Email buzz with your issue and device id They can check to see if it's on update server or force an update

Hit menu button and post what it says at very bottom
