Power source

I’ve lost the original power supply, and my buzz  ERS4000 continuously restarts itself without going to main menu. I’ve been told I can’t factory reset as I’ve been using USB to charge so not enough power is being supplied. Can anyone link me where to get the correct power source?

One nice thing with some of the newer boxes (like the E5 and The Classic is the USB-C power supply.  In case you misplace it, it is easier to find an alternative. 

Would be nice to see this on all future boxes (obviously where technically possible - as long as we remain in the 5V 2A range).
