XRS 4000 Bluetooth doesn't work

Cannot pair error while try to pair Bose QuiteControl 30 headset to XRS 4000 device. Tried couple of time factory reset, didn't help always get "Cannot pair" error and then "Bluetooth keeps stopping" message

We have a few boxes here that were debugging with this issue

XRS 4000 Bluetooth error when pairing speakers.

Cannot pair error while try to pair speakers to XRS 4000 device. Tried always get "Cannot pair" error and then "Bluetooth keeps stopping" message.

We had to get a few users local to us to lend us their 4000s with this issue. 

 

 

 

As this issue has been difficult so far to fix, as its only happening to a small amount of users

 

 

 

Were going to spend next week debugging this and then try to fix it.

I am trying to enable bluetooth on XRS 4000 for my remote and get error pop-up "Bluetooth keeps stopping". Is there any workaround for this ? Bluetooth version is 9

do you have any other bluetooth devices nearby?

My TV is the closest to the setup box but it needs BT for remote. I have moved it to different locations and have same issue.

After updating  firmware on my XRS4500 MAX  to  V20210723, My bluetooth keeps stopping. I have an ARQ-100 remote as well.  I tried a reset, cache and data clear still same problem.

Unable to connect my Boltune headphones to my BuzzTV box. Am I doing something wrong or is this box not capable of bluetooth audio connection with headphones?

It works with most devices but with thousand on the market there will be some that don't work

Are you pairing  under remotes and accessories?

Yes. Under remotes and accessories. It can see my headphones but then says can't connect and the Bluetooth screen crashes.

Wifi is on. Buzz TV otherwise working normally.

turn wifi off and then try to pair headphones

Tried with the wifi off. Same issue. Sees my headphones but won't connect and then Bluetooth crashes
