My TV is the closest to the setup box but it needs BT for remote. I have moved it to different locations and have same issue.

I am trying to enable bluetooth on XRS 4000 for my remote and get error pop-up "Bluetooth keeps stopping". Is there any workaround for this ? Bluetooth version is 9

Setting up a new BuzzTV XR4000. Setup stops at Checking for updates, Goes to 1%, restarts and get stuck in Checking for updates, please wait.. with no progress. Anyway to skip it or try a different way to update ? Tried hard shutdown but still back to the same screen.
