organize VOD Catergories

Hi all. I am trying to get rid of "all" when I am organizing VOD catergories. What works for categiries that I don't want is to set slider to off and then hit return. When I do this for ALL, it doesn't go away.

I usually hide all the indian and paki channels and it loads a lot faster when i open my vod portal,

i cant hide the all but if u hide the paki channels it will def load faster
