will not connect to server

Trying to connect new server and xrs4900 will not connect. Have confirmed mac address and url for portal are correct, but still will not connect. Suggestions?

make sure box is connected to internet and working

Yes, the mac address starts 00:1A:79 and is connected to the internet and working. We have successfully connected with a 2nd server.

No, not sure how you would do this, with mac address and url from service provider?

You could install stbemu on your buzz and input info in the app

also, try to clear cache and app data and see if that helps.  becarfull as clear data will delete all saved portals info.

Tested It on a 3900,says not activated or expired

Heather switched her service to xc api and it's now working
