I'd tell you to just look on amazon for a USB-C laptop adapter.  But those are also hit and miss.  Some work, and some don't.  I suspect it is because of the PD negotiation.  A power supply will need to default to basic 5V if it can't negotiate. Some do not and will output nothing if they don't negotiate PD.

I have at least 10 of them at home and I tested a few and it is about 50-50 chance that it works.

 

Other option is to get little short extension cords (plenty on amazon).  They come in handy when trying to get as many block adapters as possible onto a power bar.

It's not an issue for 90% of the people.  And being a USB-C power supply, you are free to just get a good quality longer USBC cable if you need something longer.

And its specifically designed to fit any converter for any country by simply sliding on/off

 

The cables 3ft long, which is a standard length
