First off i would like to say is love the buzz 6 update from buzz 5, lots of great additions.

Here is my problem: The first time i set it up i added all my settings and then i noticed width wise that no channel fills the screen 

I took and factory pin reset and tried again, this time i setup one server and before doing any settings it was still there, i made single display setting and nothing work

So i did another factory pin reset put in one server and hope someone can solve this for me

I don't have an AI yet, but there are typically zoom options under the settings, display options for most of the buzz boxes.  This allows you to scaled the video output to fit your screen if it does not by default.  I have never "needed" to use it, but I have seen it and played with it a few times just to test.

thats correct or some time you may see round HDMI option area.

one of my old tv I have to setup around 90% and that fits my screen.
