yesterday got some time to update my classic and it started to download firmware and during download it also started to download and install buzztv 5 update. during that time I got black screen with buzztv 5 logo which started to flicker. I did not panic and left it alone until firmware got completed. once that completed I got Home Screen and all good. so far so good. thank you 🙂

Friend is trying to download update and being told there is not enough space. Rebooted and got same message. How can I help them work around this issue and get the download? Thanks!

transfer or delete recordings or some apps.

Not enough room ?  Has he checked under settings and storage to see if it it really nearly out of storage ?

Do they use the internal storage for recording or downloading media ?  If so, maybe delete a recording or 2 ?

I've just received the BuzzTV classic and will be returning it.

The box for IPTV is probably the best I have encountered, very smooth, lots of options, kind of easy to navigate.  

however, when it comes to Plex I've had some troubles.  Install went smooth, everything worked ok, small video stutters on x265 10bit, but the real issue is when you leave and come back to the app- it fails to connect to the server.  I rebooted the device and it would not connect to the server, bunch of exclamation points on each library. I did an uninstall- reinstall and the issue persist. I troubleshooted with chat GPT who examined my log from plex and the box is losing it's authentication token after not being active causing a failed server discovery.  This as well as the consistent stuttering of video files (not only x265 but also x264) is a huge disappointment considering the specs of the device.

There is no work around for this issue, aside from logging out and logging back in which is a nuisance... and I would still be plagued with video stutter.

Hopefully this is something they can work on in the future because as i said, for IPTV the box is great, but for Plex (and this is the only streaming service I've tried) not so good.
