Volume control not working

Recommended Posts

Has anyone had issues with the volume control not working while using the BT500 remote with the BuzzTV 6 power station unlimited? I have factory reset both the box and the remote, which made it work, then after loading up some apps it no longer worked. Has anyone encountered this issue? Seems like support had no answer for the issue.

Has anyone found a solution for this problem?

I am having the same problem with my Power Station and the BT500 remote.

The BT500 remote will not raise or lower the  volume on my Power Station.

I have to have max volume turned on to get any sound out of the Power Station at all.

I will read over the post you have listed to see if I can see anything in it that may help me.

Thanks nbs

hold microphone and say "max volume" and see if you get more sound?

If you reset your remote, and have Max volume set to off, then pressing the volume keys on the remote should show an OSD with volume level.  So you can then control the volume to anything between 0 to 100.  100% being same as max volume on.

Thank you Ryu that works but it just seems weird that I need to use the mic to adjust the volume on the Power station.
