Tanis Posted December 4 Posted December 4 Just did the update, my settings are now missing and when I click on Live TV, the Buzz5 logo appears for a second then boots me back to the main page. Is a factory reset the only option? If I do that, will it not ask me to update again, with the same issue? Quote
Ryu Posted December 4 Posted December 4 (edited) did you try to reboot your device? if no then try to reboot first and see if that helps. if yes then you can try clear cache first by going to settings from Home Screen, apps, click on buzz tv 5 from recently opened apps, and clear cache only and try to reopen app and see if that helps. if not then you can try clear data within same settings but this will erase buzz tv 5 settings including your server settings. Am I missing something? what's your buzztv software info? press menu and look all the way at the bottom. if its not new then click update Quote

And once in QR code, you can switch it to traditional IP mode instead of server cloud based/ 1 Quote
