Is a factory reset the only option? If I do that, will it not ask me to update again, with the same issue? Quote
Ryu Posted 13 hours ago Posted 13 hours ago (edited) did you try to reboot your device? if no then try to reboot first and see if that helps. if yes then you can try clear cache first by going to settings from Home Screen, apps, click on buzz tv 5 from recently opened apps, and clear cache only and try to reopen app and see if that helps. if not then you can try clear data within same settings but this will erase buzz tv 5 settings including your server settings. Am I missing something? what's your buzztv software info? press menu and look all the way at the bottom. if its not new then click update Quote

And once in QR code, you can switch it to traditional IP mode instead of server cloud based/ 1 Quote
