??maybe ur server doesn't have EPG, mine populate ,and I'm trying 4 servers.

I'm using the same server on my formuler z8, my Android TV , my phone and other players and they all have EPG Data

are you using portal (mac address) or streaming lines?

Ask stugots to put you on the beta list ,like that you can try it yourself and see if they fix it or not ,from what I've tried seams like they have been improved.

Check the bottom of the page u will see the beta section ,post it there

@ncsocial@Nelutz both of you are on the beta which doesn't have this EPG issue. The public update is being sent today.

I am also having issues with EPG not populating.

EPG does show up on android but through the apk so I'm not sure weather this is a problem with the XRS4000 or the provider

The EPG came up but there is a new issue where the channel that's showing blanks out and then comes back every few seconds

lets try this method see if it works, if not then contact your livetv provider for help.

1. Press Menu and Select Exit,

2. Select Live and let it load and check your Channels and EPG. if all good then working, if not then your Livetv provider can check in to it.

you can also hit menu .configuration,clear epg

I have 4 servers and no issues with epg on any of them unless its on server end

Just asking as we fixed a similar issue of no EPG this week on Closed Beta.

Right now it's in closed Beta 

4.0.408 is the latest closed Beta.

I've just started having this issue now as well on the XRS 4500. Has it been fixed? I would also like to be in the beta group please!

your title shows you are in beta group

no issues with epg here

most likely server end or try clearing cache
