X5 won't update

i have an X5 that won't update...just hangs on boot screen...i factory reset it and it works till it updates itself and hangs on bootup...i hear there files to fix this problem but i can't find them?

any help appeciated

also, any usb or external devices connected to the box? if yes please remove that.

Keep in mind this is only for people that were STUCK on firmware V20220624, and this firmware would NOT find other available updates (not issues at boot which is what you describe)

If you do NOT have this specific firmware on your box, and you are "assuming" that it will help, you are taking a risk of bricking your box.

Just something to keep in mind.
