4K stuttering PAIN

Hi I’m not sure if anyone can help me out there with the new powerhouse box. I have very fast Internet but still 4K is stuttering especially with sports. Has anyone else had this problem? Any help would be much appreciated.

Next time please don't post in 2 places.

Wired or wireless ?  Try wired to ensure it is not a wireless bottleneck.

Also, are you sure it is not a bandwidth issue on the server ?

Have you tried with VPN ?

Many ISP (especially in Canada) are blocking and throttling IPTV streams.

Try your service on an app loaded on the buzz  See if it is still an issue

Just curious, are you using the HDMI cable that came with the box?

Using cable that came with it but not all 4k channels just some
