Launches and populates, but when you hit "play" it does not start to play ? Some more details will go a long way to getting a better idea. And are you sure it is not a server issue ? Did you check using another app if you have available ? As DU mentioned, during primetime, there are some servers that are overwhelmed, and in some cases will either take quite a while to start, but will eventually start. Or they will take so long, that the app will timeout. Have you tried setting your video player for VOD/TV Series to external, and then when you try to play, try selecting something like VLC, or MX player (assuming you have installed MX player) ? I personally like HB player, which is simple and just works. Have you tried using another app (like Smarters), just to see if it plays using another app ?
