razor07
Hi, does anyone have audio issues after newest update yesterday?
Emporium
Would be nice if you explain what type of audio issues. And what type of setup. Some people have more complex setups with soundbars, receivers, audio processors/decoders, etc.. I did not notice any issue on my setup at least.

razor07
I uninstalled Stremio and re-installed hoping the audio problem would be fixed, but no, so must be from the new update?
Emporium
Try going into settings (from home screen), sound, and switch to the option that says "do not decode surround sound" or something like that (not at home right now).

Emporium
Does audio work with the other built in apps, like youtube and PlutoTv ?
Ryu
Just curious, are you using the HDMI cable that came with it? Also, try reseating the HDMI cable, and if possible, try a different HDMI port or cable.
Tony 62
Same happened to me , lost all my audio . How I fixed it for now instead of doing a factory reset. Opened the BT remote app and toggled the MAX VOLUME switch. Resorted the audio but I have to use the receiver hand set to control the volume . All apps were the same Zero audio .. sts41
I had the same issue after the update, I used the BT500, went into "Home", "Utilities", "Volume Control" and turned off "Force Max Volume". I then used the volume control on the remote to raise the volume of the P6 to Max... then turned back on "Forced Max Volume" This worked for me, and I hope it helps you....
razor07
I tried another TV and HDMI cable, will wait for next update before reset as I have other errors to be corrected, thanks for all the suggestions.
