Harold Posted May 6 Share Posted May 6 I have the U5 128gb. I've had it for awhile without hooking it up. I recently had to hook it up and I got everything downloaded on it it works great, love it, but, an OTA update has been "preparing system update" has been on screen for 30 minutes. Emporium Posted May 6 Share Posted May 6 If you are wired, and it still does not work, try switching to wireless to see if it works better. If it does not work any better, maybe try to do a factory reset (pin method).
