From Home, go to settings, buzz tv utilities, volume control, force max volume and set that to off If you turn that "off" you should have volume bar back. No when I turn it off, I got the message "if the volume can not be adjusted, please switch to the TV volume control" and when I turn it on, there's anything when I press the volume. When you turn the option OFF, and you try to use the volume buttons on the remote (The volume buttons in the center area of the remote - bottom left of the dpad, not the programmable ones on the top of the remote), do you see a volume bar on the On-Screen-Display ?
