Receiver stuck in a loop with Google Framework stopped working

Unable to get into the settings to go and flash out the cache or data.  Just in a loop.  I have blue and green lights on the E2 box.

No it’s not the buzz logo.  Just a blue screen with google framework shut down over and over..

Something obviously looped.   Do a hard reset (link posted above by nbs).
