rdw33 Posted January 10, 2024 Posted January 10, 2024 I was changing the MAC address on my BuzzBox and deleted a few characters of data in error on device 2. Any way to fix? Quote
Ryu Posted January 10, 2024 Posted January 10, 2024 deleting data will completely delete all portals saved currently. just delete that portal only and add again if you have multiple portals. Quote
Ryu Posted January 10, 2024 Posted January 10, 2024 can make backup of portals/favorites..etc if you have multiple portals and still want to delete all data from app. Quote
dishuser Posted January 11, 2024 Posted January 11, 2024 it would be more helpful if people posted in the section for their model or at least post what model they have 2 Quote
rdw33 Posted January 11, 2024 Author Posted January 11, 2024 It's an XRS4500. I cleared cache and reset box. Now when I go to server setting I see the MAC address top right. However, I see Portal name is Server 1, below is Portal URL and save or cancel. MAC address is not shown. Quote
dishuser Posted January 11, 2024 Posted January 11, 2024 scroll to where you saved it and press blue button to change mac Quote
rdw33 Posted January 11, 2024 Author Posted January 11, 2024 I'm sorry I don't quite understand. Quote
Ryu Posted January 11, 2024 Posted January 11, 2024 highlight server you saved then you will be able to see the Mac and press blue button to change Mac Quote
rdw33 Posted January 11, 2024 Author Posted January 11, 2024 I'm at Server 1 highlighted, pushing blue button does nothing. Strange. Quote
dishuser Posted January 11, 2024 Posted January 11, 2024 after you reset which wasn't needed did you take latest updates? Quote
rdw33 Posted January 11, 2024 Author Posted January 11, 2024 Yes updated. Server 1 with cursor flashing, push blue button. Nothing. Quote

Ryu Posted January 11, 2024 Posted January 11, 2024 press menu, settings, check for update and see if it updates for you. I believe you can not change Mac from 5.0.787. you need to be at 5.0.859 or up. 1 Quote
