Lovell McIlwain Posted May 23, 2023 Posted May 23, 2023 This issue has happened twice so far (within days). I’m looking for any suggestions that I haven’t already tried I was streaming on the device when it rebooted out of nowhere. It seems to boot up fine but now does not respond to the remote unless its factory rested. Attaching a USB mouse gets me so far since it doesn’t seem to be able to really click on any of the apps. I can get the most over to the app but it doesn’t open when I double click it. The mouse does get me far enough to attempt to re-pair the remote but that did not help. I’m wondering if there is anything else I can try before factory resting it again for a 3rd time. Quote

Ryu Posted June 26, 2023 Posted June 26, 2023 so Lovell removed hdmi cable and put it back, and it resolved the issue. Lovell said they have extra hdmi cables so if Lovell thinks thats the issue then Lovell will replace hdmi cable before reset box. Quote
