Captions

I installed the XRS  4900, but having the following issues.

Unable to turn on Captions.

Unable to sink with LG OLED magic remote.

Unable to function the Netflix/Disney apps.

Please let me know how to fix these issues.

for remote are you holding the two face to face?

Is the XRS remote won't work for the Netflix?

Go to menu ,configuration settings, media player to change player

You need a mouse to work netflix

Buzz dies not have a license for Netflix

The is no option for the media player, it only showing the attached options.

I'm on secondary and I get CC

I cannot scroll up.  How can I get the secondary option?

I have the video player option, and made it to secondary.  But still unable to see the captions, please check with the following picture.

That menu has nothing to do with captions

To see captions hit green button while in live tv

Somehow it's showing only Disabled to me, and not showing closed captions under Subtitles and Audio.  Please see the previous picture.

You have tried both players?

Does your server support it?

Then your server probably doesn't support CC if you only see disabled

Not all servers do.
