This server I use dropping sound on small micro glitch’s to get back you need to up or down a channel and back to reset 

 

wondering anyone else with this sound loss problem 

Buzz box 3000 fine ! Or other models

4000

4500

4900 have this problem on default player 

secondary player just locks up on this glitch

I have experienced this issue before and because of it I am using a different IP TV player at the moment I'm hoping this issue will be fixed with the next update

at your server site it was posted by admin that it was a server issue was it not

you also posted thet the sound loss started again after it was fine and that it happened last year

The software has not changed

II know about 20 users who have no sound issues 

Have you discussed your issue with buzz?

Correct 

On different servers no problems am testing also 

I run the buzz 5 still problems 

yes I emailed the server people about this but on other band of boxes no problems also am testing on like 8 year old box non android!! Run with no problems 

just the buzz boxes !! 
the buzz 3000 no problems either

am willing  to give a subscription to buzz tech engineers to test out 

and maybe make a file to correct this sound loss

I have been beating my 4900 with many servers (trials and available on net) which I even lost count of them and I find zero issues with my box. I found few channels work bad on few servers but same channels on different server work flawless. that shows its not the box at all. 

my buzz xrs 4900 is rock solid and very happy with it. 🙂

how can they fix something that doesn't happen all the time?

This every 5 mins !!!!! Sound drops 

this also happened last November for 2 weeks ..

 

last 4 months ran with no problems 

I have 100 plus with the same problem not just me on this server am using

Been 6 days now !!

 

last time 3 weeks 

my old non android it’s fine !!

My old buzz 3000 it’s fine 

 

just E1 4000 4500 4900 have sound loss

There’s a small micro glitch then sound drops 

The newer buzz boxes not correcting after the small Glitch.. am very sure buzz can correct this ..

 

why other brand of boxes fine !!!

I tested many today no problems 

my old mag no problems

Don’t get me wrong love the buzz box best box yet !!!!!

the 4900 so awesome and fast !!

just this sound drop lol on this server I use don’t really won’t to switch been 15 years with them

With all due respect just because you're not having an issue with your box doesn't mean other people can't be having issues with their boxes

I don't see him saying that.

In your discussions with allaboutbuzz was the issue recognized?

With any box and hundreds of different servers using different protocols there are bound to be conflicts

How is he not saying that he said 

same channels on different server work flawless. that shows its not the box at all

and if I can use other IPTV apps without having a issue that at the very least means there is a issue for me with buzz five which is the application the boxes built around so that means there's a problem with my box and yes the issue was recognized he asked for my server URL and I'm assuming he did something with it but nothing changed for me

I did experience sound loss on the 4900 using wicked and I was watching a 24hr TV series channel. 

What happened was I changed the channel and went back to the previous and there was no sound. I clicked left arrow button to bring up sidebar and audio option said disabled. I had to wait a few hours for it to come back. I never reported it to wicked because I hardly watch the channel and it was no biggie. 

But I haven't experienced sound loss on regular channels on the 4900. Only the units using buzz tv4
