sid Posted May 31, 2021 Posted May 31, 2021 Hi. I have an XRS4500 box and my box keeps dropping the server - especially when I transition from LiveTV to VOD and vice versa. Have had the same issue since day 1. Have owned the Buzz 3000 - never an issue.  wondering if I have a faulty box? Quote
Ryu Posted May 31, 2021 Posted May 31, 2021 is that happening on 1 server or you have tried on multiple server? did you try a factory reset? didi you contact your iptv provider to see if anything is on their end? let us know what you have done so far makes easy to troubleshoot. Quote

Hi. Yeah. I’ve been on the forum before. Buzz sent me an update to take care of the issue. I still had the same issue - but less often. I’ve done a soft reset. But not a hard reset. Is that my next step?? I have another box with the provider and that runs fine - no issues.  Is doing a hard reset my next step? Quote
Ryu Posted June 1, 2021 Posted June 1, 2021 I would do that just for process of elimination. that might work. let us know please. Quote

nbs. Posted June 11, 2021 Posted June 11, 2021 No suspend is not off. Hold power button down and select power off or use settings Quote

nbs. Posted December 4 Posted December 4 If there was an issue with the update there would be dozens of posts on it You could try clearing cache If still an issue try clearing data Then a reset if still an issue Do a backup of your server settings etc beforehand 2 Quote
