Hi. I have an XRS4500 box and my box keeps dropping the server - especially when I transition from LiveTV to VOD and vice versa. Have had the same issue since day 1. Have owned the Buzz 3000 - never an issue.

wondering if I have a faulty box?

is that happening on 1 server or you have tried on multiple server?

did you try a factory reset?

didi you contact your iptv provider to see if anything is on their end?

let us know what you have done so far makes easy to troubleshoot. 🙂

Hi. Yeah. I’ve been on the forum before. Buzz sent me an update to take care of the issue. I still had the same issue - but less often. I’ve done a soft reset. But not a hard reset. Is that my next step?? I have another box with the provider and that runs fine - no issues.  Is doing a hard reset my next step?

you have to reset your box to connect to server?  A reboot wont work or menu ,refresh?

I did a restart  to get the connection then when I turn box off (standby) then back on after say 1 hour  i need to restart again to get connection with server..

I also did a soft reset but still get same issue.

if hard wired make sure wifi is off

also try setting box to power off rather than standby and see what happens

it is hard wired and wifi off

when you say power off do you mean suspend ??

No suspend is not off.

Hold power button down and select power off  or use settings

Cant find power off in settings and if i hold power button down and select power off it says sutting down but when i turn back on it does a restart with the buzz logo

In powerkey definitions it gives  shutdown that give a same result as  restart that takes me to the buzztv splash screen I dont want to be waiting 3 minuetes to get to the live tv.

iptv provider says theres no problem on there side so I think the box could be faulty.

The whole point was to see if there were any issues connecting from power off

Three minutes ...lol

I just powered on my 4000 and it was 1:03 from off to tv program playing
