XRS4900 overheating probleme

Hi 

my new XRS4900 is over heating and stops working. 
no heat source near or around the box. Please help me .

I have had mine on pretty well 24/7 for the last three months with no issues Its only warm to touch

take a outlet tester and test to make sure your outlet is correct. its not hot/nutral/reverse.

or just flip adapter around to see if issue goes away
